The leader was covered with wounds. "Dogs are attacking!" she yelled as he charged at a dog. He ran from his nest and charged at a dog. The dog grabbed him and threw him on the ground, biting hard

He tried to get up but his throat was bleeding and his paw was broken, another dog lunged and bit him. He wailed

The dog bit her tail so it bled, then it fled

He laid on ground, chest heaving. His throat and stomach was slashed and his left paw was broken. His eyes were clawed so they had become faded.

"I cant...I cant see anything!" he said frantically, chest heaving in and out as he spoke.

A cat padded up to the young kits. She was young, no bigger than a apprentice. She was not clanborn. "Come,kits. Your mother can't take care of you anymore" there was sorrow in her voice as she spoke to the kits

She slowly blinked at the kits. "I know you don't trust me, but you need to, now come with me" She said as she padded away through the exit of the camp

She sighed and turned toward the kit. "You need to trust me, Im trying to keep you all out of harm."

She picked the kits up again, keeping a tighter grip but doesn't hurt them. She led them to a cave and sat them down.

She turned to Tigerkit, "Please! Just trust me! All I want is to keep you safe from the warriors!"

"You all stay here, Im going to go hunting for you guys, alright?"

She smiled. "I bet you did, I bet you can catch a hawk! But, the warriors are on our trail, and I don't want them catching you guys. Ill go, but you Have to Promise to stay here. Okay?"
